Sample Medical Amnesty Policies
Below are a few examples of Medical Amnesty/Good Samaritan policies already in place at colleges across the United States. Some are very elaborate and officially codified within university policy, while others are simple protocols accepted across campus departments. Any specific questions regarding the nature of a particular policy should be directed to officials at that institution.
